Why it’s almost great (but not quite)

The view from the pool is stunning, and the breakfast is the best we've had in Thailand. Staff are friendly, making for a relaxing atmosphere.

Accessing the hotel location is challenging. the steep hill can be bothersome for those with mobility issues or strollers.

The check-in experience was chaotic. our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, leaving us stranded in the corridor while the staff argued with the cleaner. After a long wait, we finally got our room but were charged for drinks that we believed should have been complimentary. Additionally, the restaurant offered limited vegetarian options and the food quality was disappointing, making us seek other dining options outside the hotel.

The spacious room with a spa bath was a fantastic feature. the sunsets from the balcony were memorable. The sea view from the roof dining area added great charm to our meals.

So we had a great time chilling by the pool with that stunning beach view! The food was on point, especially the breakfast and cocktails. But the front desk could've been a bit more chill. They weren't super helpful when we tried to sort out our deposit. Overall, still a nice place though!

The infinity pool was a thing of beauty, absolute paradise! And the staff? They were unbelievably cute, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

Food and drinks were on the pricier side, but honestly, it was still acceptable.

Every evening, we soaked in the spa bath on our balcony, enjoying the most stunning sunsets. The breakfast spread was delightful, and the staff went above and beyond.

Unfortunately, the room had a slight musty smell, and the location was quite high up, making walks to the beach challenging. The room could feel pricier than it delivered.

The Sis Kata Resort, Adult Only features modern decor and a stunning infinity pool with breathtaking views, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The overall ambiance is calming, making it a charming retreat.

More accessible pathways would enhance the experience.
